Desert World Born

Description: You were born and raised on one of the “Barren World.” Many of the first colonists underwent genetic alteration in order to adapt to this new environment, and some of those alterations live on in you, and you find yourself naturally adept at surviving harsh conditions

Benefit: You gain a +2 bonus on Survival checks and a +2 bonus on Constitution checks against starvation and thirst.

Special: These benefits stack with the planetary adaptation feat. You may take the Self-Reliant Template, Nutrient Tank(d20 Cyberscape pg.33), or Power Saver Chip(d20 Cyberscape pg.30) at -2 Purchase DC with a -1 to its psychosomatic Baseline Effect. You may only take one of the options with said bonus. Alternatively, at level one, you may take Hot/Cold Susceptibility (d20 Future pg.207) ignoring the weakness to heat. You may take Lethargy (d20 Future pg.209) at double MP bonus with a -1 to a single mutations psychosomatic Baseline Effect.

Note: You may not take Aquatic World Born or any non-compatible specific planet background. If you take the Planetary Adaptation feat, you may not chose Water World.
