Charge Weapons

Charge Weapons are different in this campaign from the books. Below are the changes:

All charge weapons have multiple barrels and all the bullets for the weapon start in the barrels. Each bullet has a small electro-chemical charge on the back of it, and no case. The trigger activates an internal processor to begin firing the rounds. The processor sends a signal down the bullets until there are no more bullets. The signal is sent down a different barrel according to which is the coolest while in fully auto mode. If two barrels are the same, it then fires according to which has the most bullets. The last one in line then fires off with a smoother, and slightly higher velocity than its traditional counterpart. Charge weapons tend to have smaller caliber rounds to accommodate larger ammo capacities. The weapons are typically of a “break action” style for loading and require a full round action to reload. See New Weapon Gadgets and Flaws for gadgets related to charge weapons before going through other gadgets to modify them.
